Ms. Donaldson joined the Practicing Perfection Team in 2010, following an 11-year career with Ontario Power Generation (OPG).  Corrina worked with OPG at the Pickering and Darlington sites as a Nuclear Operator with experience in outage Operations, Clearance and Tagging, Plant Status Control, Configuration Management, and Project Coordination, as well as spending time as a Procedure Writer.  Corrina moved into the Operations Training Organization, providing systems training through both Initial and Continuing Training programs. She has delivered multiple papers and participated in projects in the areas of youth education and human motivation through Women in Nuclear Organization.

With a background in sciences and technology, time spent in both aviation and construction industries and with an emphasis on next level human performance inherent throughout her career, Corrina joined with Lee Lane to form Practicing Perfection Canada in August of 2011.

She is currently pursuing her love of Psychology, completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational and Industrial Psychology with Athabasca University.
